The Sun is Coming and We Need a Boat

One place we love to camp is out on Lake Mead, but not during the summer. It’s just too hot, and unless you are in the water the whole time, you are just burning up. I remember last summer when we sat on the beach and watched all the boats out on the lake. At that very moment is the time when you really want to buy a boat.

Having a boat in this type of heat and sunlight, requires having really nice bayliner boat covers, or else you interior will fade, and crack. One of my most favorite boats on the lake are the pontoons. You can carry a lot of people, throw a keg of beer on it, and party on the lake all day long. Every time I see a group of them out on the lake, I wish I could join them. They are the ultimate party boat.
