Planning Some Camping Trips
We went over to our camping buddies, Ernie and Michelle, on Friday night and we got to talking about our camping trips we did last year, and how we want to plan some more together this year. I can’t believe it’s July already, and I haven’t been out camping once! Michael went with the guys, but together as a couple we haven’t. It makes me feel like maybe I shouldn’t even be authoring a blog about camping! HA!
Their baby is a cutie, and he will be so much fun to take camping. He looks just like Ernie so we were giving him grief all night about the paternity test we were going to have done for him isn’t needed now. HEH! I think taking him camping though would be so easy. As a baby, they just lie in their playpen anyway, and he could get out and get some fresh mountain air. I think it would be fun. I need to look for baby camping gear, maybe a little camouflage swing or something.

July 3, 2007 @ 7:18 pmOur family loves camping. It was never as easy as when our kids were infants. Like you said, you just need a place for them to lie down and play. It doesn’t hurt to take along a small plastic trash can with a good lid, either. Those diapers pile up awfully fast!
